A Whole Lot of Mish Mash!: Having a Ball in Cape Cod!!

Jeremy, myself, and Elle have just returned from our first family vacation. It was a blast and totally relaxing. We cannot wait to go back to Cape Cod. We didn't know what to expect when we left. We didn't know what the beaches would be like and we didn't know what the weather would be like. Well, they were both perfect. Massachusetts is very beautiful and the weather was great. It was hot, but not too hot. We stayed on the Bay side of Cape Cod. It was actually really cool because the waves are not as large as the ocean side. Elle was not nearly as afraid of the water this way. The other really neat thing was that the tide went out so far and caused this giant beach during the day. The sand had ripples and there were little tidal pools all over that the little kids could play in safely. We did nothing on our vacation and it was perfect. We napped, hung out on the beach, and spent time with our friends (Jim and Christina). Jim and Christina are our neighbors who invited us to stay in the cabin with them. We're so happy that they gave us the chance to experience Cape Cod. It was great. We visited Provincetown and Chatham once so we could pick up a few t-shirts for Elle. Other than that, we pretty much stayed in. It was a wonderful trip and I hope we make it back there soon! :-) Her are the pics...

Love this one...looks like she is holding up the umbrella. Sad because our small camera is going down the tube and isn't taking the best quality of photos. I didn't want to take my big one down to the beach because Elle kept trying to get sand on it!
