It's been awhile...

Elle has been having a bit of separation anxiety these days and wants mama to play with her or hold all the time lately...hence the lack of blogs. She is currently on my lap banging a bowl on my arm. Ouch!

She has reached many new milestones in the past month! She started crawling a week before she turned 8 months!! She also started recently saying "dada". She may not know what it means although she does say it the most when Jeremy arrives home for the evening. I haven't heard any mama's yet. :( Elizabeth also experienced her first snow. There was snow in Iowa, but it was icy and hard and it wasn't really falling for us to go out and witness. She was able to spend a little time on our front perch (it's not really a porch) and check it out. She was pretty interested in it and looked at it pretty intently for awhile.

Elizabeth currently has a double ear infection and it has really been affecting her sleep. She's been a bit of a grump for the past week, but I can't blame her. Poor thing. At the Dr. she weighed in at 20 lbs. 6 oz's. although she had just eaten a 6 oz. bottle and she had all her clothes on. She has her 9 mo. Appt. on March 3rd.

Alright, that's all she's going to let me write today. I will see if she'll let me attach a picture of her in the snow.
